CANCELLATION BY YOU:
In case of cancellation by you, it must be made more than 30 days before departure. The entire deposit paid will be refunded, less $ 100 per person for administrative costs (the costs of banking transactions will also be at your expense).
In case of cancellation by you between 30 and 15 days before departure, 25% of the deposit will be refunded (fees for bank transactions will also be at your expense).
The cancellation on your part less than 15 days before departure will not lead to any refund, the agency already had that date incurred the expenses of your stay.
Failure to present the appointment start or interruption of the trip by the participant for any reason whatsoever not give rise to any refund.
CANCELLATION ON OUR TRAVEL AGENCY:
In the event of cancellation by us following a case of force majeure (ex.: social or political unrest that would not allow to ensure minimum safety conditions), the entire deposit will be paid, except bank charges and non-refundable expenses incurred by the agency.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM:
For reasonably justified reasons, the agency reserves the right to modify a means of transport, accommodation, itinerary and the schedules of some trips, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
The agency is not responsible for the consequences caused by any type of alteration of the program produced by the closure of airports, weather conditions or other reasons, such as flight delays, political situations of war, strike, change the type of aircraft and / or other circumstances of force majeure. The additional costs generated by this type of alteration of the program are the responsibility of the passenger.
Our agency is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, diseases, as well as flights, extractions, damages or losses. Moreover, the luggage is at all times the responsibility of the participant.
RISKS AND INSURANCE:
You are aware that proper security conditions in the country, sometimes the remoteness of medical facilities and activities you will achieve certain risks you accept knowingly. Our agency does not provide insurance. We ask you to take out repatriation insurance. In general, these support contracts are already included in the services of your credit card or health insurance.
PAYMENT METHOD:
