
Museum Casa Concha

Former residence of Jose Santiago Concha, aristocrat during the first days of the conquest, remarkable place with its harsh balconies. Today, the museum belongs to the University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco and houses the archaeological pieces found by Hiram Bingham to Machu Picchu. Presence of 360 pieces of Machu Picchu returned by Yale University, that can be appreciated by the Incas and tourists. Presented on the second floor cabinets, ceramics, lithic, metal and bones that were found in the excavations of the Casa Concha is part of the assets of the Inca Museum.
